PLASTIC TANKS

Plastic tanks are available from Vee Enterprises in both standard, molded polyethylene; and in custom-fabricated thermoplastic.

MOLDED polyethylene and polypropylene tanks are manufactured in certain shapes and sizes which provide capacities up to 20,000 gallons. Molded poly tanks are rotomolded in a fully enclosed cylindrical shape with integral floors and roofs. Molded poly tanks can be provided in either white or black, depending on the size and model. Nozzles are attached by thermoplastic welding or by threaded bulkhead fittings.

FABRICATED thermoplastic tanks are fabricated in Vee's shops strictly according to customer requirements and specifications. These structures are typically constructed from welded sheets of HDPE, polypropylene, CPVC, PVC, and PVDF. Transportation and handling are the only limits to size and shape of Vee's custom fabricated containers. Quality control is accomplished through Vee's stringent QC program and full time inspection staff. Testing methods include hydrostatic and electrical spark.
